If CabMeGozo cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
Changes to bookings are allowed up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
For airport pickups, flight delays are monitored if flight details are provided.
For transfers from Gozo to Malta, passenger ferry tickets (€4.65 per person) are not included and must be paid directly to the driver on the day.
